The client must prepare all commission details requested of them by the artist

This includes design references, expected deadlines, and any other information necessary for the success of the commission

Accepted currencies are USD, GBP, EURO, and PHP

The client must pay the full amount strictly upfront via Transferwise / Wise upon requesting for a commission from the artist

The client must only pay after the artist has agreed to commission payment

Waitlisted clients only pay upon their turn in the queue

Any monetary compensation made without the written consent of the artist is treated as a donation

Expected turnarounds will vary based on both commission complexity and personal circumstances

The artist has the right to decline a client for any reason without needing to provide why they are declining

Harassing, threatening, or insulting the artist is grounds for both declining a commission and the immediate contact of proper authorities

**Poor communication from the client **is grounds for declining a commission

Commissions will only be finished within the deadline agreed upon prior to commissioning

No refunds upon sending payment

The artist will provide WIPs starting after payment, this can take a week max but may vary depending on current personal circumstances

The client is free to ask for updates throughout any stage of the commission

Updates should be expected on a weekly basis should there be proper communication between client and artist

The client is only permitted to ask for one WIP per day

The client cannot force a chargeback once the commission has been agreed upon

If personal circumstances such as illness, loss of required technology, and other debilitating situations occur, the artist will inform all clients ASAP of said circumstance

The client must not and cannot change the subject of the commission once it is agreed upon

Extra fees are only agreed upon prior to the beginning of the commission

An expected deadline or rush order has an additional charge quoted by the artist

Should the client cut contact to the artist the commission process is considered concluded and no refunds will be issued

Should the client ask for an earlier deadline despite the agreement the commission is will not push through, with a refund given based on how much work was done

All commissions completed fall under personal usage unless specified otherwise

The client must not modify or alter the finished piece

The client must not omit my signature from the finished piece

Should a client wish for edits to be done on a piece commissioned from the artist, they must consult the original artist and not other artists

The client must not repost the work on social media unless given permission otherwise, an exception to this is Toyhouse

Redistributing the commission with proper credit via direct messaging apps is allowed

NSFW pieces must not be redistributed outside of 18+ communities or direct messages with legal adults

The artist has full rights to the piece, and thus is free to share it on various platforms

The artist does not have rights to the character and intellectual property of the client

The client is allowed to request for the commission to be completely private

Clients must not resell the piece under any circumstances

The artist is free to use non-private commission pieces to be published in art books created by the artist
